Ruth A. Achterhof, PhD

Dr. Achterhof is Associate Chair of the JIU Bachelors in Business Administration program. In addition to teaching at JIU, Dr. Achterhof is an instructor for the University of Maryland University College. She has been a presenter at conferences such as the United Nation's Development Programme Induction Training, the National Health Occupations Curriculum and Research Conference, and online training symposiums sponsored by Advancing Minds, MindLever and Teletrain. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and designs E-learning as a consulting practice.
